Which party do you think receives the most money from the wall street types? If you answered the Democrat party, you are correct.

Shocking isn’t it?

With the rhetoric that the Liar in chief spouts about wall street, you would think he is their arch enemy. This couldn’t be further from the truth.

If this is not logical, keep reading and I will explain the reasons why for you.

Sure, Obama is a tax tax tax man which is absolutely bad policy for companies in general. There is no denying that whatsoever.

The trick here is that Obama has the ability to direct monies and policies towards his friendly wall street buddies, since he is the president.

For this reason, normal logical thinking citizens were outraged at the half a billion dollar loan that was given to the now defunct green energy company Solyndra. This was just the tip of the iceberg folks.

In an obvious effort to pay back his big donor’s the Obama white house approved several of these types of loans to his wall street buddies.

Why on earth would the government give someone a guaranteed loan in such a historically high amount when the technology isn’t even there yet to warrant that this will even be successful?

The reason is simple, it’s nothing more than quid pro quo. You donate money to me and I will take care of you, leaving the citizens of the country to foot the bill in the form of additional debt that has to eventually be paid back, with interest.

House Republicans investigating the collapse of Solyndra are now examining other green energy companies to determine if their government-backed loans were risky gambles that were granted because of political influence with the White House.

“When taxpayers lost over a half-billion dollars on Solyndra, the Obama administration said that it was just one bad apple and that the rest of the portfolio was strong,” said Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform subcommittee on regulatory affairs, stimulus oversight and government spending.

“It is becoming increasingly clear that Solyndra was just the tip of the iceberg in a sea of taxpayer risk,” Jordan said during a hearing last week.

The panel questioned top executives from Abound, First Solar, Nevada Geothermal, and BrightSource, which were awarded a combined $5 billion in loan guarantees from the Energy Department — one-third of the entire loan guarantee portfolio.

Any vote for this man in the upcoming election tells me one of a few things…you are either a bumbling idiot or you don’t care enough about your country to make a logical decision.

In shocking news out of the state of Florida, it was reported that 53,000 dead voters were found to still be on the voting rolls. Why do Democrats constantly fight any attempt by politicians to put forth a bill requiring voters to show an ID to vote.

The answer is quite simple.

Recent history shows that the majority of voter fraud occurs within and for the Democrat party. Just do a google search on Acorn and the 2008 election and you will find all the information you could ever want to read about this topic.

People have to show their ID for a number of things, so why is it such a big deal to also make them show IDs to vote? It has absolutely nothing to do with one’s income status, as the Democrats try to exclaim. They are fully aware of all the fraud that takes place in their favor and they have no inclination to do anything to put a stop to it.

It is simply ridiculous, if you ask me.

One Ohio homeless man claimed to have voted over 80 times as the Acorn organization signed him up to vote that many times. One guess as to which party Acorn supports, which the man voted for.

Ever wonder why Acorn was so prominent in the state of Ohio in 2008? Republicans have a nearly impossible time winning a presidential election without carrying Ohio.

I have learned that Florida election officials are set to announce that the secretary of state has discovered and purged up to 53,000 dead voters from the voter rolls in Florida.

How could 53,000 dead voters have sat on the polls for so long? Simple. Because Florida hadn’t been using the best available data revealing which voters have died. Florida is now using the nationwide Social Security Death Index for determining which voters should be purged because they have died.

Here is the bad news. Most states aren’t using the same database that Florida is. In fact, I have heard reports that some election officials won’t even remove voters even when they are presented with a death certificate. That means that voter rolls across the nation still are filled with dead voters, even if Florida is leading the way in detecting and removing them.

Edward Klein’s new book, “The Amateur,” an unauthorized biography of President Barack Obama, makes some startling and intriguing claims. From former President Bill Clinton calling Obama an “amateur” to Rev. Jeremiah Wright alleging that he was offered hush money, the book is full of political surprises. Earlier this week, Klein gave Fox News’ Sean Hannity the three-hour recording of his discussion with Wright. The Blaze also obtained some copies of the recordings. We are currently working to obtain the raw, three-hour interview audio.

To listen to the audio portions of this article and read the original article, you can click HERE!!!

The audio clips appear to showcase a man — despite his intense rhetoric — who seems genuinely saddened by his deteriorated relationship with Obama. Wright, contrary to past videos and speeches, seems calm and collected as he recounts his personal experiences over the past few years.

“It wasn’t what I expected to tell you the truth because the guy who I met did not look like the guy on the videotapes,” Klein told Hannity of his time with Wright. “He was very quiet, very polite, very measured, and talked about his academic credentials, very proud of the fact that he had a Ph.D., and answered all my questions…there was no sense that this guy could go off the deep end.”

Throughout his time with the author, Wright can be heard offering Klein his assessment on a variety of issues relating to the president and his 2008 campaign. The Blaze already told you about Wright’s claim that he was offered $150,000 by a close Obama associate in exchange for his refusal to preach until after the 2008 election.

In a separate portion of the discussion, Wright talked about a cardboard box that holds some intriguing contents. In it, there are numerous articles and elements related to the Obama campaign and the drama that accompanied it.

One example Wright shared is an article in which David Axelrod, a key figure in the Obama camp, is quoted. The article apparently discusses how Axelrod interacted with the Rev. Otis Moss, another pastor at Trinity United Church of Christ. The topic of conversation? Figuring out how the Obamas could stay at the house of worship, while trying to distance the church from Wright.

Wright also made some intriguing claims about the Obama family and its purported lack of interest in attending church. Since assuming office, the president has consistently faced criticism over his infrequent church attendance. According to Wright, this is par for the course.

“Church is not their thing. It was never their thing,” Wright says of Barack and Michelle Obama. “She was not the kind of black woman whose momma made her go to church, made her go to Sunday school…so the church was not an integral part of their lives before they got married — after they got married.”

After Wright made these comments, Klein said, “But the church was an integral part of his politics…because he needed that base.” Wright agreed with this statement, at one point saying “correct.”

Among his many other claims, Wright told Klein that a fellow faith leader approached him in 2010 to allege that it wasn’t just Republicans who were working to exploit his fiery image. The controversial pastor claimed that another preacher told him that the Hillary Clinton campaign was paying African American reverends to openly attack Wright.

With politics being a relatively dirty game, these allegations are noteworthy. Considering the fallout from Wright’s rhetoric, it is entirely possible that the Clinton camp was looking to capitalize:

In this vein, Wright and Klein discussed some of the videos that created the greatest stir among Americans — clips showing the preacher delivering some harsh words about America. There was, of course, the famed “God damn America” video that made its rounds on media and blogs, alike. In his interview with Klein, Wright claims that his words were “misused and taken out of context.”

While he made this claim — that his clips were used in a disingenuous manner — the reverend seemed to double down on his past statements. He maintained that he was used “as a weapon of mass destruction” to disparage Obama.

“That was 2001, but they picked that one ‘chicken coming home to roost.” [In] 2005, I was talking about how you confuse God and government,” he said. “Many of us have confused our government, made government God, but government’s change…government’s lie….God doesn’t lie.”

He then apparently told Klein he has no regrets and that he actually wishes he had said more on the subject of compassion and helping one’s fellow man (the purported issues at the heart of his well-known controversial speeches).

“God does not bless everything we do as human beings…when you oppress the widows, when you have no compassion for the poor God condemns that,” Wright proclaimed. “Why are you going to be taken back? I wish I had said more, so I had more not to take back.”

Considering the negative attention that Wright‘s sermons brought Obama as well as the pastor’s comments following the 2008 campaign (that the president him “under the bus”) the reverend made a thought-provoking claim during his discussion with Klein.

“I’m on record, a year before [Obama] ran, saying that he’d have to distance himself from me,” Wright told the author. “I knew as a politician, if he’s going to play the political game, he’s going to have to distance himself from me. If you want to get elected, if you want these votes, I’m toxic.”

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time Wright has called himself toxic. Furthermore, while he may feel as though Obama disparaged and abandoned him, the fact that he’s claimed that he knew there would be a separation a year before the election is noteworthy.

Now that Wright is distant from his former congregant, it‘s intriguing to hear how he views Obama’s leadership.

“We keep forgetting that Barack Obama was selected before he was elected. You didn’t select him. He’s accountable to the ones who selected him and who paid for him to be the president,” Wright said. “Why do you think Wall Street got a break? They selected him Why do you think the Big 3 got a buy-out? They selected him. Why do you think he stands up and says ‘I am a Zionist?’”

These institutions, Wright maintains, had the money to select Obama to be a Democratic nominee and to inevitably arrive in the White House:

After his selection — and subsequent election — Wright charged that Obama experienced some negative changes. Once his electoral prospects seemed to rise, Wright said that the president-to-be viewed him as a “deterrent.”

During the discussion, Wright told Klein that Obama said, ”You know what your problem is. You have to tell the truth.” The faith leader maintained that this isn’t a bad problem to have and that Obama, being a politician, has transformed into an individual who is not necessarily rooted in truth.

“Politicians don’t have to tell the truth. Truth is what we say it is. Well, I somehow can’t live with that,” Wright told Klein. “That’s why I could never be a politician. I think that the transformed Barack has become a politician.”

When the author asked when, exactly, Obama made this so-called evolution, Wright said he believes it happened when he assumed the presidency:

Among other subjects, Wright‘s views on Obama’s ability to help the African American community are also less-than-positive. Hannity explored these issues on his radio show on Wednesday:

These clips, of course, are only portions of the three-hour discussion that Klein had with one of America’s most controversial preachers. The highlights, while they represent only one perspective, provide intriguing issues to ponder — particularly when it comes to better understanding some of the elements that surround Obama’s worldview.

On Wednesday evening, Hannity brought Klein on his television show to further expound upon “The Amateur” and to better frame some of the audio clips that are now emerging.

Here‘s part one of Hannity’s discussion with the author:

And here’s part two:

There‘s no way of knowing whether Wright’s perspective on these issues is accurate, but years after the fiery preacher arrived on the scene, it is certainly fascinating to hear his thoughts first-hand.

The Blaze left a voicemail for Rev. Wright’s assistant earlier today to speak further about this story. Tonight, Sean Hannity will be delving deeper into the audio interview on Fox News at 9 p.m. ET.

Breitbart News has obtained a promotional booklet produced in 1991 by Barack Obama’s then-literary agency, Acton & Dystel, which touts Obama as “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”

The booklet, which was distributed to “business colleagues” in the publishing industry, includes a brief biography of Obama among the biographies of eighty-nine other authors represented by Acton & Dystel.

It also promotes Obama’s anticipated first book, Journeys in Black and White–which Obama abandoned, later publishing Dreams from My Father instead.

His bio is listed below from the booklet that was distributed by his literary agent.

Barack Obama, the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review, was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii. The son of an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister, he attended Columbia University and worked as a financial journalist and editor for Business International Corporation. He served as project coordinator in Harlem for the New York Public Interest Research Group, and was Executive Director of the Developing Communities Project in Chicago’s South Side. His commitment to social and racial issues will be evident in his first book, Journeys in Black and White.

President Obama came into office promising to bankrupt the coal industry. Through the EPA he has followed up on that promise, and coal producers are warning that the agency’s latest rule may kill off a huge swath of their industry:

It imposes a standard for emissions that is all but impossible for many plants to meet. It requires coal-fired plants to release no more than 1,000 pounds of carbon dioxide per megawatt hour.

Environmentalists are praising the new rule as a vital defense against climate change.

“We know what fossil fuel damages do to our public health, the health of our kids, our families,” said Brent Blackwelder at a recent gathering of Friends of the Earth. “We know the damage it does to crops and to buildings. And now the big damage all around the world is climate disruption.”

But coal industry representatives believe they’ve made great strides in reducing emissions through the years — now capturing over 99 percent of particulate emissions released during the combustion process. The EPA’s proposed rule, they say, sets the bar too high and may force the closure of 20 to 25 percent of coal-fired plants across the United States.

In a state known for its bare-knuckles politics, both men vying for the governor’s office have joined forces in fighting this and other EPA regulations that target the coal industry. Incumbent Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin plans to sue the EPA over the rule – a move that his Republican opponent Bill Maloney welcomes.

“Last year at this time, we were looking for 2,000 coal miners to go to work. Now there’s 2,000 laid off,” Maloney said. “We’ve got six coal-fired power plants that are being shut. We’re losing our competitive edge, and it’s wrong.”

In any debate between environmentalists and the US economy, when Obama has his say, the environmentalists always win. He scuttled the XL pipeline on their behalf, and is killing coal on their behalf — despite the fact that the earth hasn’t warmed in the last 15 years, and the global warming story has fallen apart like a Washington Post exposee.

Not only will coal-fired power plants shut down under the EPA’s new rule, the loss of supply will drive energy prices up — they will skyrocket, as the president threatened they would. Families in West Virginia are looking at 30% hikes. Barack Obama is imposing an energy famine on the nation.

He might be surprised, though, to find out how many coal producing states there really are in the US. According to the Institute for Energy Research, coal is not limited to Appalachia.

That’s quite a few electoral votes to give away, waging war on coal.

According to CountonCoal,

133,533 direct jobs are created by coal with an average salary of $77,475 – 37% of which are in danger by the Obama Administrations war on energy. Average salary of a Solyndra employee: $0.00

· 49 states have coal-based power plants

· 46 percent of electricity is derived from coal-based power

· 94 percent of U.S. energy supply is coal

· There is a 249-year supply of energy in the U.S. coal reserves

No coal. The president is systematically killing off our energy supply, for purely ideological reasons. He does not seem to care what that does to jobs or energy prices, or ultimately to the economy and American families. Even after a felon embarrassed him in the West Virginia Democratic primary, it’s full speed ahead in the destructive Obama war on coal.

Obama, by all accounts, was a habitual drug user in high school. He tried cocaine, he admits in Dreams From My Father; he “tried drugs enthusiastically.” The Chicago Tribune reported back in 2007 that Obama thanked the “Choom Gang” in his high school yearbook; “chooming” was Hawaiian slang for smoking pot. The Honolulu Advertiser reported that Obama’s senior portrait “prominently displayed … A package of ‘Zig-Zag’ rolling papers and a matchbook.” One of Obama’s close friends was arrested for drug possession during high school.

In his memoir, Obama talked about routinely getting high. “Junkie. Pothead,” he wrote. “That’s where I’d been headed: the final, fatal role of the young would-be black man.” But, according to Obama, he only got high because he was contemplating deep matters: drugs could “push questions of who I was out of my mind.”

Because old media failed to explore Obama’s high school drug use, Cub Reporter Biff Spackle was dispatched to Hawaii three weeks ago. His job: to find and interview the president’s 11th and 12th grade classmates who weren’t in prison, dead or drones.

Fortunately, just hours before his flight out of Honolulu was scheduled to depart, Spackle happened upon Ernie “Spliff” Pipebladder. Pipebladder made several extraordinary claims about young “Barry Obama”:

Dude, that m***erf***ing Barry stole so much s*** from me before he left for college it’s not funny. I always kept my favorite bong near my bedroom window at Kaliihi Heights [apartment complex], which Barry knew about. Just before he leaves for Occidental, like days before, the damn bong dis-a-frickin-pears.

What are the odds of that happening?

Not only that, but I had some crazy good Maui Wowie that summer. Dude tells me he’ll pay for a dime bag, which I give him on good faith, and he disappears to California a m***erf***ing week later.

Never saw him again until the 2004 Democrat Convention. I’m hanging with the buds in 8 Fat Fat [an area bar] and what do I see? The SOB who still owes me a Tokemaster 8000 and a dime bag! I start yellin’ at the screen.

A few years later, he gets elected president. So I sends him a real nice letter asking for my bong back.

Next thing I know, like a day later, I got two Secret Service guys at my doorstep telling me it’d be best if I kept my m***erf***ing mouth shut.

I did for a while, but fact is, I want my damn bong back. That was a classic and it’s worth big bucks now. They don’t even make Tokemaster bongs anymore! So tell Barry he better make good on it, plus that dime bag, or I’m going to The Washington Post!

When sermons of Obama’s Chicago pastor, Jeremiah Wright, surfaced during the Iowa primaries, it threatened to derail Obama’s campaign. ABC aired one where Wright screamed, “Goddamn America!” Edward Klein interviewed Wright, who told him Obama’s team tried to buy his silence.

‘Man, the media ate me alive,” Wright told me when we met in his office at Chicago’s Kwame Nkrumah Academy. “After the media went ballistic on me, I received an e-mail offering me money not to preach at all until the November presidential election.”

“Who sent the e-mail?” I asked Wright.

“It was from one of Barack’s closest friends.”

“He offered you money?”

“Not directly,” Wright said. “He sent the offer to one of the members of the church, who sent it to me.”

“How much money did he offer you?”

“One hundred and fifty thousand dollars,” Wright said.

“Did Obama himself ever make an effort to see you?”

“Yes,” Wright said. “Barack said he wanted to meet me in secret, in a secure place. And I said, ‘You’re used to coming to my home, you’ve been here countless times, so what’s wrong with coming to my home?’ So we met in the living room of the parsonage of Trinity United Church of Christ, at South Pleasant Avenue right off 95th Street, just Barack and me. I don’t know if he had a wire on him. His security was outside somewhere.

“And one of the first things Barack said was, ‘I really wish you wouldn’t do any more public speaking until after the November election.’ He knew I had some speaking engagements lined up, and he said, ‘I wish you wouldn’t speak. It’s gonna hurt the campaign if you do that.’

“And what did you say?” I asked. “I said, ‘I don’t see it that way. And anyway, how am I supposed to support my family?’ And he said, ‘Well, I wish you wouldn’t speak in public. The press is gonna eat you alive.’

“Barack said, ‘I’m sorry you don’t see it the way I do. Do you know what your problem is?’ And I said, ‘No, what’s my problem?’ And he said, ‘You have to tell the truth.’ I said, ‘That’s a good problem to have. That’s a good problem for all preachers to have. That’s why I could never be a politician.’

“And he said, ‘It’s going to get worse if you go out there and speak. It’s really going to get worse.’

“And he was so right.”

Brain scans of dogs could give researchers a new tool for studying what happens in the mind of man’s best friend.

“I think it could open a whole new type of research on cognition,” said neuroscientist Greg Berns of Emory University, lead author on a dog-scanning study that will be published in Public Library of Science One.

Berns described the initial findings, in which brain regions expected to become active in anticipation of reward did just that, as a proof-of-concept to show that studying a dog inside a functional magnetic resonance imager was logistically feasible.

According to Berns, who typically investigates how human decision-making plays out in our brains, dogs may be a better animal model for studying cognition than the monkeys commonly used in such research.

FMRI representations of neurological activity produced by reward anticipation in the brains of Callie and McKenzie. Image: Berns et al./SSRN

To a monkey, a laboratory full of humans is a profoundly strange and unnatural environment, which could influence how it thinks — whereas interacting with humans is second nature to dogs.

Of course, standing inside an FMRI machine isn’t exactly a normal canine experience, and Berns’ team needed eight months to train his dogs, a 2-year-old feist named Callie and a 3-year-old border collie named McKenzie, to remain motionless inside the machine while wearing noise-reducing earmuffs.

Among the questions that might be studied is whether dogs understand the language of human commands, or respond more to body movements or other cues.

“One of the things we’re interested in is how dogs represent humans: Are we all just a pack to them, like Cesar Millan says? What part of the brain represents humans and other dogs? It could be sound, or scent, or any of those modalities,” Berns said.

Dog empathy, and how it compares to the human version, is another possible area of investigation.

“Dog-lovers are convinced their dogs know what they’re feeling. Honestly, I’m on the fence about that. Maybe that’s because of my own dogs,” said Berns. “Skeptics out there — a.k.a. cat people — think dogs are just good actors. I don’t think it’s quite like that. But how far it goes, I’d love to figure out.”
